The theme of the collection is biomaterial interactions with the immune system, spanning new primary research and review articles from investigators around the globe. Thanks to all the authors!!!

This paper combines the photothermal therapy technology developed by Dr. Rohan Fernandes' lab at George Washington University Cancer Center, with electrostatic assembly of immune signals through the expertise of the Jewell Lab. Special congratulations to Michelle Bookstaver, NIH F31 Fellow in the Jewell Lab, and Juliana Cano-Mejia, 1st author from Dr. Fernandes' lab
